Hi, my name is Braxton Christensen and I am the owner of Snake River Hydrographics and Design. I am married to the love of my life, Tori. We have been together since we were seniors in high school. Together we have four amazing children. We have one boy and three girls. They keep us busy and on our toes .
After high school, I joined the Army as an Airborne Infantry Soldier. I served on Active Duty for 7 years and the National Guard for 3 years. During my time in the National Guard, I went through law enforcement training at the College of Western Idaho. I was then recruited to work for the Twin Falls City Police Department. I worked for them for the last 7 years until I was able to leave to pursue my business full time. Being a business owner has always been my dream. My wife and I also own Idaho Battlefields (A tactical laser tag company) here in the Magic Valley. My wife is also a cosmetologist and has a successful salon in our home. Entrepreneurship is in our blood!
As a family, we love to stay active and love being outdoors! We love exploring while camping, kayaking, fishing, and hiking. Most of all, we love being together and owning our own businesses gives us that opportunity. Family is very important to us.
Snake River Hydrographics started in 2016 as a hobby in my garage. After doing a few projects, I went through several hydrographic courses and training to refine my skill. During this time, I was still working my full time job as a police officer.
The sky's the limit here. I’ve worked on guns, car parts, snowmobile and motorcycle parts, tumblers, football helmets, and much more. I’m happy to say that Snake River Hydrographics has become my full time job. I have been able to expand to a shop where I can take larger orders.
